The successful Scaffolder will be responsible for erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding systems, ensuring a safe working environment for construction teams.Responsibilities Evaluate job sites to determine scaffolding requirements and specifications Assemble and disassemble scaffolding structures according to safety regulations and guidelines Inspect scaffolding before, during, and after use to ensure stability and safety Provide support to other construction workers by ensuring easy access to different work levels Maintain tools and equipment and report any issues or repairs needed Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures on-site Assist in training and supervising junior scaffolders as needed
