The successful Scaffolder will be responsible for erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding systems, ensuring a safe working environment for construction teams.

• Evaluate job sites to determine scaffolding requirements and specifications
• Assemble and disassemble scaffolding structures according to safety regulations and guidelines
• Inspect scaffolding before, during, and after use to ensure stability and safety
• Provide support to other construction workers by ensuring easy access to different work levels
• Maintain tools and equipment and report any issues or repairs needed
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures on-site
• Assist in training and supervising junior scaffolders as needed
