A reputable bank seeks a qualified service provider to supply an on-site SAS Certified Specialist to support business applications. The aim is to fully utilize our SAS systems to enhance operational and strategic functions. The specialist will be responsible for maintaining and supporting SAS frameworks for risk management and providing expertise across various modules. As an On-Site SAS Certified Specialist who will undertake the following tasks : Maintenance and support of Risk Management Framework Modules : 1 . Credit Lifecycle

5 . Asset Liability Management
6 . ICAAP Support & Stress Testing
7 . Risk Data Aggregation and Reporting
8 . Interest Rate Risk Management
9 . Foreign Exchange Risk management
10 . Risk Management Framework in SAS GCM : a. Operational Risk . b. Cybersecurity GRC . c. Vulnerability Management . d. Incident Management . e. Other relevant used modules .
Requirements
The SAS Specialist will be expected to:
•Operate and enhance current workflows/queries and configure/create new ones
Work functionally to support business users in daily SAS systems activities and modules use.
• Upload new or update data/requirements in the module and maintain end-to-end workflows/queries .
• Apply changes/fixes on current workflows/queries based on challenges or issues received from stakeholders/business users .
• Create, Configure, update dashboards and reporting.
• Update/create any workflows/queries as needed.
• Collaborate with our IT department to ensure :
The system meets business/risk daily needs
Regularly appraise our IT about the status of update and maintenance requirements of SAS systems so that our IT can regularly update and maintain SAS systems to ensure optimal system performance; and Troubleshooting on behalf of business/risk with our IT department.
Assess the current usage of SAS systems and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize the utilization of SAS software capabilities .
• Provide expert advice on best practices for SAS system usage and integration with other systems.
• Develop and customize SAS models to meet specific business/risk needs.
• Ensure the reliability, accuracy, and efficiency of all SAS business/risk related processes and outputs.
• Provide guidance and support to our staff on SAS software usage and models.
• Update any changes in Application-level configurations and logics in all the modules .
Qualifications & Requirements:
Certification: SAS Certified Specialist.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in relevant SAS modules.
Background Check: Provider must clear criminal record verification for all candidates.
Selection & Replacement Policy: Provider must share 3-5 CVs, ensure interview availability, and have a qualified replacement ready for emergencies.
