Expanding Team


We are looking for passionate and highly skilled technology and business enthusiast and experts with a minimum of 10+ years of experience within the Human Capital Management domain and with experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors (Cloud), who want to further develop their skills as a (senior) consultant and a trusted advisor for one of the world’s most valuable brands. 


In the role as a HCM Solution Architect, you will deliver high impact HCM services through the full customer life cycle. You will be the main customer point of contact and you will lead a group of consultants during execution of projects and engagements.

Purpose and Objectives


SAP SuccessFactors HCM Services Delivery in EMEA/MEE, our services organization, has the Global Customer Services & Delivery (CS&D) and the Global Adoption Service Center (ASC) as its parent organizations within SAP Services. We are supporting our customers in their digital transformation and especially in their HR Transformation Journey. We sustain the adoption of SAP SuccessFactors HCM software and ensure that our customers can successfully plan, implement, integrate, and operate their software, including continuous improvement, quality management, problem solving and knowledge transfer.  


Expectation and Tasks


Your role involves, but is not limited to, delivery of business and technology advisory services within customer engagements. You are a good problem solver, a creative and innovative thinker and an excellent team player with the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment. As per the business needs, which might vary, you will conduct the following tasks:


  • Support in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projects
  • Plan, run and manage design workshops/meetings with customers
  • Analyze business processes including root cause analysis and technical performance optimization
  • Work together with a group of consultants, including Near Shore and Off Shore consultants on projects. Where needed, also configure the customer system to their specific requirements
  • Organize yourself in a remote working style
  • Support Sales Colleagues in defining implementation roadmap and strategy
  • Travel to customers and SAP meetings as requested

Expected Skills


  • Successful completion of Bachelor’s or Master’s degree OR relevant knowledge and experience gained in another way
  • Proven project experience of implementation of Core HR Processes in a role of Lead Consultant and/or Architect.
  • Technology oriented possessing an aptitude for rapidly learning complex software applications
  • Great communicator, organized, and quick at learning and understanding new technology skills with an aptitude and passion for working with people
  • Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills who is eager to always learn
  • Ability to drill down into technical issues and solve complex and detailed problems
  • Ability to deliver clear, concise presentations and present complex information in a clear and precise manner
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel to customers and work abroad
  • Expectation of minimum 10 years of experience within the HCM domain
  • Certified and experienced in implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Knowledge of any other SF module is an advantage
  • Knowledge and integration experience of other SAP HCM products such as Fieldglass, Work Zone or Sales Performance Management will be seen as an advantage

  Additional information


  • Location – KSA. The role is part of the EMEA team and projects will be delivered in any country within this region.
  • Language skills: English & Arabic language fluency mandatory.
  • Hybrid working model – role will be performed from home or customer/office location. At times, the role require some travel to customers abroad.
