This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Sales Specialist at RoyaleBlue Co. in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.
Understand clients' business objectives and challenges, and align our products and services to meet their needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized IT solutions that address clients' requirements.
Present and demonstrate our products and solutions to clients, highlighting their value and benefits.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing new deals.
Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals, quotes, and sales presentations.
Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the sales process, educating them on the requirements they need to fulfill to be compliant with Saudi laws and regulations.
Oversee cash collection for the initial invoice, ensuring timely payment from clients.
Attend workshops, seminars, and conferences to continuously enhance sales skills and industry knowledge.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in IT sales, preferably in B2B or enterprise environments.
IT Sales and Information Technology skills.
Experience in Lead Generation and Account Management.
Strong understanding of IT products and services, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, networking, and managed services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into business solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written) in Arabic and English, crucial for forging strong relationships with clients, partners, and team members.
You have the ability to research and identify new business opportunities - including industry and market trends, potential customers, partnerships, additional products and services, etc.
Strong commercial skills including the ability to close projects invoicing and secure collections.
Fluency in Arabic and English. Any other language is a plus.
