#### *Job Summary:*

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson with a strong background in events planning to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and coordinating events to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction.

- *Sales and Business Development:*

 - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve sales targets.

 - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

 - Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

 - Prepare and negotiate contracts and proposals.


- *Client Relationship Management:*

 - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales and event planning process.

 - Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or issues promptly.

 - Follow up with clients post-event to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.


- *Marketing and Promotion:*

 - Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and services.

 - Utilize social media, email marketing, and other channels to reach target audiences.

 - Create promotional materials and content to attract potential clients.


- *Reporting and Analysis:*

 - Track and report on sales performance and event outcomes.

 - Analyze sales and event data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

 - Provide regular updates and reports


#### *Qualifications:*

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Events Management, or related field.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and events planning.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and successfully planning and executing events.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
