The Sales Supervisor for the Western & Southern Region in KSA will be responsible for managing and driving sales growth, customer engagement, and team performance. This role will involve leading a team of Sales and Application Specialists, fostering strong customer relationships, and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


Team Leadership & Development:


  • Manage and lead a team of Sales and Application Specialists.


  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations to ensure team alignment with business goals.


  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.


Sales Strategy Development & Execution:


  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the Western & Southern Region.


  • Monitor sales performance against KPIs and regional targets.


  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to drive growth.


Customer Relationship Management:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.


  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing exceptional support.


  • Collaborate with the customer relationship team to enhance engagement and retention.


Business Development:


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.


  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on regional campaigns and initiatives.


  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver customer-centric solutions.


Operational Excellence:


  • Oversee sales operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.


  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.


  • Leverage CRM tools and analytics to optimize sales processes.


Training & Development:


  • Facilitate product and sales training for team members.


  • Promote a learning culture to ensure the team stays updated with product knowledge and market trends.


Key Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in IVD, Life Sciences


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the healthcare or medical devices industry.


  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing diverse sales teams.


  • Strong strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.


  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.


  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.


  • Ability to travel within the region as required.
