Sales Supervisor

Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Supervisor to oversee sales operations in Khamis Mushait. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in sales or a related field, with strong English language skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications. While the position is based in Khamis Mushait, we welcome candidates from other areas in Saudi Arabia who are willing to relocate or commute.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the region.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and prepare reports.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Train and mentor sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the products and services offered.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
