We are looking for a Sales Supervisor with experience in food production and sales, especially spices, to join our team in Alkharj, Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth in the food industry.Responsibilities:Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets in the food industry, with a focus on spicesDevelop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in the food production and sales sectorMonitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to managementIdentify and target new customers and business opportunities in the food industryBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the food production and sales sectorPreferred Candidate:1-5 years of experience in sales or a similar role, with a focus on food production and sales, especially spicesExcellent leadership and team management skillsStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesProven track record of achieving sales targets in the food industry
