Sales Specialist - Shipping

As a Sales Specialist , your primary goal will be to perform cross selling functions with current active merchants .

You will be responsible for actively reaching out to customers, to showcase the benefits and convince them to reactivate or sign up for the service.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Conduct outreach to active customers in order to understand why they churn and perform solutions accordingly.
  • Demonstrate the features and advantages of salla  products , highlighting its integration with the e-commerce platform, competitive rates, simplified logistics, and reliable delivery.
  • Address any concerns or objections from potential customers and provide creative solutions to meet their needs.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales pipeline in the company CRM.
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
