We are seeking a motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Specialist to join our team. You will lead our sales efforts, build client relationships, and contribute to maximizing revenue and occupancy.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage contracts with government and private entities; ensure timely renewals.
Plan and conduct field visits and follow-ups to strengthen client relationships.
Utilize the Opera program for efficient hotel management.
Set and monitor departmental sales goals.
Analyze booking platforms to identify trends and opportunities.
Organize monthly events to enhance guest experiences.
Monitor competitor pricing and prepare for upcoming tourist seasons.
Develop monthly and annual sales strategies.
Provide regular performance reports to management.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all contracts.
Assist in collecting payments from clients.
Collaborate with sponsors for Ramadan events to ensure agreement fulfillment.
Create operational plans for the sales department.
Prepare reports on target companies and advertising strategies.
Maintain and leverage public relations contacts.
Work with finance to establish seasonal pricing and promotions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in hotel sales with a proven track record of achieving targets.
Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
Strong understanding of hotel operations, market dynamics, and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Salesforce).
