Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving new business growth, developing client relationships, and implementing innovative sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Riyadh market and surrounding areas
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and VIP accounts
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
  • Collaborate with regional managers and sales representatives to coordinate sales initiatives
  • Develop and implement effective regional sales strategies
  • Maintain accurate sales data and activity records in the company's CRM system
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies
  • Attend industry conferences and events to represent the company and generate leads
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product developments to maintain a competitive edge
  • Contribute to the development of sales tools and marketing materials
  • Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to drive innovation in sales approaches

Qualifications
  • Diploma minimum degree.
  • Minimum of 1 years of successful sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
  • Speak English and Arabic fluent.
