Job Description
Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth for the company.
Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve sales goals.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure they are meeting targets and delivering excellent customer service.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build relationships with clients and team members.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to develop sales plans and address challenges in the market.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
