We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our company.


Job Summary:


The Sales Representatives you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, promoting our HR solutions, and driving revenue growth. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and establishing long-term relationships with key decision-makers


Key Responsibilities:


Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet sales targets.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.Provide ongoing support to clients and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 6 months experience in a similar position
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools.
