Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers at our exhibition and booths, providing a professional sales experience.

• Explain the brand story and the unique ingredients used in our perfumes.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• Collect customer data and engage with them to enhance brand loyalty.

• Drive sales through personalized offers and VIP services.

• Gather customer feedback and contribute to improving the shopping experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the luxury perfume or retail sector.

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals.

• Fluency in Arabic and English is required; proficiency in additional languages such as French, Turkish, or Malay is a plus.

• Professional appearance and strong presence.

• العمل على زيادة المبيعات من خلال تقديم عروض مخصصة وخدمات VIP.

• متابعة ملاحظات العملاء والمساهمة في تحسين تجربة الشراء.

المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة

• خبرة سابقة في مجال المبيعات أو خدمة العملاء، ويفضل في قطاع العطور أو المنتجات الفاخرة.

• مهارات تواصل وإقناع ممتازة.

• القدرة على العمل في بيئة ديناميكية وتحقيق الأهداف.

• إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية، ويفضل إجادة لغات إضافية مثل الفرنسية أو التركية أو الماليزية.

• مظهر احترافي وحضور قوي.
