- Get 'discounts' using different customer upselling methods (door to door, cold calls, presentations, etc.)
- Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
- Evaluating customers’ skills and needs and building long-term productive relationships
- Meet personal and team sales goals
- Research accounts and create or follow up on sales through leads
- Attend meetings, sales events and training courses to keep up to date with the latest developments
- Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
- Maintain and expand the client database within your assigned area
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in sales
- Proven track record of over-achieving quotas
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Familiarity with various sales techniques and pipeline management
- Efficient use of computers
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation and dealing with others
