Responsibilities and Functions:
Develop and execute sales plans and achieve sales goals and targets.
Build and maintain customer relationships through phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
Understand customer needs and provide products and solutions that meet their needs.
Follow up sales opportunities and handle all stages of the sales cycle.
Participate in industry trade shows and events to expand the company's market influence.
Experience in sales or customer service is preferred, especially in the building materials or decoration industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to build trust and relationships with customers at all levels.
Good team player and self-motivated, able to work in a dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving and sales skills, able to quickly understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
