About the job Sales Operations Specialist

Our client, a forward-thinking company reshaping the laundry service sector in Saudi Arabia, with a focus on innovation and growth, is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to join their team. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's sales processes. Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, this role involves managing sales tools, analyzing performance metrics, and supporting the sales team with data-driven insights to achieve their goals. Additionally, you will design and manage commission schemes to motivate the sales team and provide transparent reporting on sales performance.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and manage sales tools, including CRM systems, ensuring they are used effectively by the team.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and generate reports to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve processes and drive operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for sales operations.
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity within the CRM and other sales systems.
  • Support the Sales Territory Manager with forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Design, implement, and manage sales commission schemes to incentivize team performance.
  • Prepare regular commission reports and ensure accurate calculations and timely payouts.
  • Train and onboard new team members on sales tools and processes.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and recommend improvements to the company's sales operations.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in business, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales operations or a related role.
  • Experience in designing and managing sales commission schemes.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in sales tools and CRM systems.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of the Saudi market; experience in the laundry or service industry is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and operational excellence.
