The Sales Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the sales strategy and ensuring operational excellence within the Watches & Luxury Goods, Perfume & Cosmetics, and Retail & Wholesale sectors. This position requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of sales processes, data analysis, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing sales performance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and implementing effective sales strategies that align with the company's objectives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
  2. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline sales processes and improve operational efficiency.
  4. Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
  5. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights to senior management.
  6. Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure optimal performance.
  7. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  8. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
  9. Implement customer feedback mechanisms to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience in sales operations management within the luxury goods or retail sectors.
  2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  3. Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  7. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  8. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  9. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  10. Adaptability to changing market conditions and business needs.
