Support the Sales Operations Manager in documentation and data management.
2. Work closely with the stakeholder to coordinate the sales process.
3. Coordinates sales planning within the sales organization.
4. Able to work with the sales management to classify accounts, segment them and assign them to the right account manager.
5. Manages the CRM tool ensuring that all opportunities and quotes reported by the sales team are entered and progressed correctly\
6. Work with the sales team on any operation issue related to their sales activities and help resolve them working with the internal team7. Process all contractual billing as per billing cycle once have access to ERP.8. help the company in adding revenue cold calling, lead generation & telesales activities QualificationsDiploma / bachelor's degree in commerce, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.0-1 years of experience in sales.
