We are looking for a highly organized and data-driven Sales Operations & Analytics Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll play a key part in optimizing our sales processes, managing our CRM systems, and delivering actionable insights that support smarter decision-making across the sales organization.
You’ll be the go-to person for sales data reporting, forecasting, performance tracking, and CRM integrity — working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure the sales engine runs smoothly and efficiently.
Maintain and optimize the CRM system to ensure data accuracy, process alignment, and reporting capabilities
Develop and manage sales dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to support daily, weekly, and monthly reviews
Assist in forecasting pipeline, revenue, and rep productivity using historical data and trends
Track and analyze sales performance KPIs (e.g., quota attainment, win rate, deal velocity)
Collaborate with sales leadership to refine processes, territories, and lead management workflows
Support design and administration of sales incentive and commission tracking
Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and improve sales workflows
Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights to support decision-making across the sales organization

2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, or a similar role
Strong experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, and BI/reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau)
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate complex data clearly to stakeholders at all levels
