الوصف الوظيفي

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders in the swimming community.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape.
Lead and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals.
Monitor sales performance metrics and develop strategies for improvement.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align strategies and promote AP Race offerings effectively.
Provide training and support to team members to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market activity, and forecasts to upper management.

المهارات

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management (CRM).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and sales-related software.

Desired Experience:

3 to 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the sports or fitness industry.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience in fostering relationships with key industry players and stakeholders.
