Sales Manager - Signage Printing and Booth Business

• We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Manager to join our team, specializing in signage, printing and booth business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with new and existing clients, and understanding client needs to offer tailored solutions in signage and booth design and production. This role is key to our company’s growth and requires a proactive approach to sales and client management.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones in the signage and booth industry.
• Understand client requirements and provide consultations and recommendations for signage and booth solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on products/services to potential clients.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls, and emails.
• Negotiate contract terms and close sales while maintaining profitable margins.
• Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company’s products and services.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements.
