Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the Saudi market to lead our sales efforts in delivering immersive and impactful events for government, corporate, and individual clients. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, managing supplier interactions, and ensuring the successful execution of events.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Saudi market.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure event components are delivered on time and to specifications.
  • Based on need, attend events to oversee execution and handle any onsite requirements or challenges.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies and promotional activities.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports, analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to network with potential clients and professionals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

Requirements:


  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Manager in the events management industry, specifically within the Saudi market.
  • Strong operational capability to manage supplier relationships and event execution.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Arabic and English.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations and manage multiple aspects of event planning and execution.
  • Current resident of KSA
