Our client is aleading company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, working in telecommunications, and they operatein three lines of business, from distribution and retail to after-sales services.


The Sales Managerwill effectively lead the sales team for a specific principle by implementing sales strategy, managing sales team effectively, allocating objectives to teams, ensuring controls are in place, forecasting demand, controlling pricing and increasing market share in order to meet company targets.


The position involves:


  1. Directs the BU strategy on own unit by cascading objectives & strategies, communicating targets throughout the unit in order to ensure optimal execution.
  2. Leads his sales team, allocates responsibilities & contributes towards accomplishing the targets through effective forecasting.
  3. Ensures the company credit policy is implemented to standard by receiving &
    following up on credit reports on a timely & consistent basis to enhance cash flow.
  4. leads the implementation of the route to market strategy by directing the coverage plan to enhance & develop the customer reach.
  5. Leads the implementation of the S&OP (sales and operating plan) process for his unit by supervising sales forecast to maximize operations efficiency.
  6. Contributes in developing a competitive price list by comparing Company prices with market to reach the most effective price list to maximize company profitability.
  7. Contributes in designing customers’ programs. Follows up on their implementation to achieve program maximum effectiveness.
  8. Guides the training and development of the team by identifying performance gaps and coaching Regional Sales Managers to build a highly capable team.
  9. Develops, manages & subordinates. Monitors implementation of people management processes to ensure management team is fully competent to perform their job roles.
  10. Follow the stocks and re-allocate it in case any shortage.
  11. Follow incentive programs and achievements (Areas, Customers) with Vendors.
  12. Put guide line with sales team in case of beginning any new project.
  13. Follow up the coverage and maximize the company share with the team.
  14. Follow up the payment process and evaluate all sales team performance.
  15. New Product development and contributing in maximize market share.
  16. Prepare plan with the commercial director to rid of slow-moving items.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are Looking for:


  • bachelor's Degree in business related subject.
  • 7 – 10 years’ sales experience in a telecom or FMCG organization, including
    experience in managing wide network.
  • Good command of English and fluent Arabic.
  • Microsoft skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
