OXAGON, a region of NEOM, is set to be the leading zone for the development of advanced and clean industries, built on renewable energy. It will comprise one of the world’s most efficient and sustainable automated ports, fully integrated with the supply chain and logistics for the whole of NEOM. It will be home to a Research and Innovation district, with the purpose of accelerating labs to market. All of this will be underpinned by exceptional livability – building urban communities that provide quality of life for residents and visitors alike. OXAGON will contribute to NEOM’s and Saudi Arabia’s vision to diversify the economy towards a knowledge-based economy (see www.NEOM.com). NEOM’s Manufacturing Sector (part of the OXAGON organization) focuses on developing prioritized manufacturing clusters: Autonomous & Sustainable Mobility, Modern Construction, Technology & Digital, and Renewable Energy.
The Manufacturing Ecosystem Development function is spearheading NEOM’s strategic manufacturing footprint development. As such, the team has concluded a detailed planning program with the goal to identify the most attractive manufacturing opportunities (on product level) and shortlist companies that would be able to deliver on these specific ambitions.
It is now the Tenant Attraction team’s task to operationalize these ambitions by (i) ramping up the investor attraction activity, (ii) developing the manufacturing ecosystem (e.g., creating an unbeatable value proposition and investment environment) and (iii) Build relationships with world-class manufacturers across the above manufacturing opportunities and support them in establishing their manufacturing activities in NEOM
Role Overview
Sales Manager, Asia Region - reporting to the Head of Tenant Attraction.
Will spearhead activity in the Asia region and will be given responsibility to lead deals from identification/qualification through to signing of legally binding documents. They will be accountable for developing a strong pipeline of opportunities and managing all stakeholders through the Oxagon investor journey.
