products to various industries. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales
Engineer to join our team and lead our sales business unit.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Nutritionist with expertise in animal nutrition
to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing
and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets. You will build
and lead our business development initiatives within he Animal Nutrition industry, whilst working
closely with key stakeholders to identify new business opportunities, build strong customer
relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record
in sales, in the industry, and experience in setting up and leading a sales business unit.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the chemical products market.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
4. Provide guidance and support in collaboration with the sales team.
5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business
opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
6. Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure smooth
operations and timely delivery of products.
7. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing ongoing training and
development to maximize their potential and productivity.
8. Monitor sales performance metrics, track progress against targets, and provide regular
reports to senior management, identifying areas for improvement and implementing
corrective actions as necessary.
9. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review.
10. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company's
products and services.
11. Stay updated with industry developments, regulations, and best practices related to chemical
products.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Pharmacy or Veterinary Stuies. Certified professionals are
preferred.
2. 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the veterinary industry.
3. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
4. Experience in setting up and leading a sales business unit is highly desirable.
5. Strong leadership and team management skills preferred.
6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
7. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
8. Knowledge of the chemical products market and industry trends.
9. Familiarity with import/export regulations and logistics processes.
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
