· Enable Sales Team to act as a first-class ambassador of the brand – proactively follows the Sales Process / Methodology
· Make provisions to apply the sales budget, monitor the showroom performance, discuss corrective action if required.
· Attract Sales team to make any walk-in customer to the showroom seating with the Sales team desk, (re) train, remind sales team on Welcome Procedure
· Consult and train staff during new opening and especially be available to train and guide new joiners.
· Active monitor updates about kitchen and appliance displays in showroom, make sure discontinued kitchen are being removed, check with Appliance Department to only have appliance on stock displayed.
· Consult in promotion activities in timely manner, such as provide promotion material and promotion sign boards. Secure that Sales Team is aware about details of the promotion.
· Secure Sales team is applying the sales process and provide accurate technical data.
· Establish best practice review – remind every Salesperson about the key elements to successfully close a contract (Sales Methodology) –
· Secure collection of contact details of walk-in customers who do not spend time to receive kitchen design – to allow follow up marketing activity.
· Check on follow up activity by each Salesperson – help to find technical support to follow up
· Secure compliance to monthly store checklist carried out by Area Manager
· Monitor customer feedback, analysis route cause, discuss with peer Area Manager and launch corrective action.
· Assist in Recruitment of new Sales staff.
· Manage discount strategy – be aware about total cost impact to the project, make sure the break-even point per project is being considered to stay profitable on projects.
· Have the total commercial overview of different showroom activity, monitors overall cost development, secure sufficient staffing in line with customer frequency and kitchen design demand.
· Essential: bachelor’s degree in related field
· Preferred: master’s degree in related field
· Leadership skills to run multiple site retail business.
· High commercial sense in monitoring cost and sales to drive profitability.
· Able to run analysis on reports, easy to make cross ratio analysis.
