🚀 We’re Hiring: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager (Fit-Out Division) 🚀

Location: Saudi Arabia

Are you an experienced Sales Manager or Business Development Manager looking to join a fast-growing construction company? We are looking for a talented and well-connected professional to help us secure new business in the fit-out sector, with a focus on offices, restaurants, hotels, and other high-end spaces.

As part of our team, your primary goal will be to generate and manage leads, secure Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and close deals to drive growth within the Saudi market. This role is key to identifying opportunities and ensuring long-term business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies to target fit-out projects, including offices, restaurants, and hotels.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities to meet company sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities within the fit-out market.
  • Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, forecasting, and pipeline updates for senior management.
  • Secure RFPs for fit-out projects and manage the process from lead generation to deal closing.
  • Collaborate closely with the construction, project management, and estimating teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate terms of agreements, pricing, and contracts with clients.
  • Prepare and present sales pitches and proposals to clients to win new business.
  • Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and conferences to expand the company’s client base and enhance market presence.
  • Monitor client feedback and ensure excellent post-sale communication to nurture long-term relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development within the fit-out sector, particularly for offices, restaurants, hotels, and high-end projects.
  • A strong network of contacts in the Saudi market, especially with decision-makers in construction and real estate.
  • Demonstrated success in securing fit-out projects, closing deals, and consistently achieving sales targets.
  • Strong market research and analytical skills to identify new trends and opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the fit-out process, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
