We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our kitchen equipment sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing relationships with key clients, and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the kitchen equipment industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales management.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience).
Proven experience (5+ years) as a Sales Manager, preferably within the kitchen equipment or hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of commercial kitchen equipment and related products.
Demonstrated ability to lead a sales team and achieve sales targets.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Proficient in CRM software and sales management tools.
Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
