About the role:As a Tender Monitoring Specialist, you are the senior point of contact for internal and external procurement stakeholders. You ensure the smooth running of day-to-day tender monitoring activities. This includes checking procurement portals for new opportunities, closing opportunities that are not being pursued by Accenture, and managing the group mailbox to ensure all emails are actioned by the team.
Key Responsibilities : • Submit up-to-date certification and management information to government bodies.
• Work directly with internal stakeholders and procurement contacts to facilitate bid submissions.
• Address issues or delays related to priority tender monitoring activities.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs.
• Share relevant tenders with Accenture Sales and Client Account Leads
• Act as primary point of contact for all government framework sales opportunities
• Identify potential process improvement opportunities.
• Manage resources to ensure consistent service levels.
• Ensure all contractual and non-contractual requirements are met.
• Work with sales teams to determine ownership of frameworks.
• Report service delivery metrics to leadership
• Provide guidance and coaching to team members on best practices.
• Facilitate team meetings to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.
• Conduct periodic reviews of tender management procedural documents.
Key Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 2 or more years of experience doing similar work.
• English language fluency (oral and written)
• Ability to effectively communicate with senior stakeholders & management.
• Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
• Proven ability to work efficiently and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (oral and written)
• Project Management experience
• Must support/mirror working hours for the supported Market Unit or other business area.
• Must be flexible with work hours on certain occasions to manage business needs.
• Intermediate MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)Extra credit if you have:• Knowledge of procurement processes (primarily public sector)
• Experience of leading a small team or process lead experience

• Must have good internet connectivity and a distraction-free environment for working at home, in accordance with local guidelines.
