Job Description
We are looking for two candidates based in Jeddah and Riyadh who will be responsible for managing relationships with stakeholders and existing customers within their respective areas of responsibility. They will develop strategies to achieve the company's turnover and profitability targets, increase market share, and expand into new markets and customer segments.
The candidates will focus on improving and maximizing customer satisfaction and loyalty by identifying opportunities to serve customers, addressing support requests, and performing outbound sales activities.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
Development and support of sales and after sales of Danfoss Drives in Saudi Arabia, achieve and exceed sales target and profit, Driving business growth by creating a robust, proactive mid- and long-term pipeline in synergy with entire team, Ensuring profitable day-to-day sales execution and closely monitoring key activities in collaboration with the Customer Service Center, Maintaining and establishing a strong network with key decision-makers and market stakeholders to understand needs and promote value-based selling, Organizing and conducting personal meetings, negotiations, and presentations with responsible persons of customers, Preparing and delivering sales proposals and professional presentations (including technical ones) to customers and partners, Partner Management, support and develop Danfoss Drives partners network in the Kingdom, ensuring that they are self-supporting for the future, they are strong technically and commercially, making sure of acheiving their annual targets, managing partners contracts/agreements and assessment, Providing updates on critical activities such as pricing, forecasts, rebate plans, product launches, and lead times, Work closely with engineering and technical teams to ensure products meet customer requirements, Collecting and processing of information on the Drives Market within the Kingdom (including customer needs, competitor analysis, pricing policy, Pipeline, etc.), Participate in seminars, events and customers /partners activities.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years experience in Drives Sales, Very high communication skills with all levels of organization including senior executives, Experience in opportunity management for project-based sales Knowledge of industry automation, electronic controls is a plus Proficiency in Arabic and English Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce (CRM system). Independent, proactive, well organized, team-player Willingness to travel within the kingdom Good problem-solving and learning skills
