Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to enhance product offerings and drive sales growth.Responsibilities:Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide appropriate solutions.Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of the products.Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.Prepare and deliver technical proposals and quotations to clients.Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to effectively position the company's offerings.Provide post-sales support and training to ensure customer satisfaction and product utilization.Assist in the development of marketing materials and technical documentation.Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote the company's products.Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to product development and improvement.Preferred Candidate:Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to understand and convey technical information effectively.Proven track record in sales or technical support roles.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs.Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and presentations.Basic knowledge of engineering principles related to the products.Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
