Develop and enhance business relationships and prospects as well as project a professional image about the company through PR activities and approaching targeted customers
Job Duties:
Develop additional and existing clientele database
Source for new clients, assist in costing and proposal draft and negotiation
Daily, weekly and Monthly report for Clients visit and Proposal updates
Communicate and provide superior customer service
Manage with Finance Customers’ accounts and dues
Conduct market survey and study competition
Participate in events and exhibitions as required
Support in budget preparation
Ensure that customers’ inquiries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain a good working relationship with the team on the ground
Monitor customers' satisfaction by contacting them and surveying their feedback on the provided service.
Any other duties as assigned by the direct manager.
Prepare clients proposals and draft contracts.
Work closely with finance to prepare all clients invoices (contractual and additional)
Follow the clients payments to clear all dues based on the service contract agreements
Conduct the site survey with the assistance of operations team
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline
5 years of experience in a related field.
Marketing, Social Media, Customer Service
Languages: English, Arabic.
