JD : Sales Director

 

Location:  Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman

 

Reports To: Head of Sales 

 

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager/networking professional to generate new business and drive revenue growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing key accounts, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales targets.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong networking skills and a proven track record in sales management.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Sales Strategy Development:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and market expansion goals.
  • Analyse market trends and adjust sales strategies to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
  1. Team Leadership and Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Set clear sales targets and performance metrics and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure continuous development.
  1. Sales Operations:
  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Manage key accounts and build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies.
  1. Performance Monitoring:
  • Track and analyse sales performance metrics and provide reports to senior management.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to achieve sales targets.
  1. Customer Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Address customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  1. Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyse data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in IT Services, including cyber security, infrastructure support, software development
  • Ability to develop and implement effective networking events
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

 

Benefits:

  • For the first six months, it will be purely on the revenue sharing basis and revenue sharing up to 15%.
  • Based on the performance, full-time salary shall be offered
