The Sales Development Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) in driving lead generation and prospecting activities. This role involves managing the team’s daily operations, providing mentorship, implementing processes, and ensuring alignment with sales goals and strategies. The Sales Development Team Lead will also be hands-on, actively participating in outbound and inbound efforts, and ensuring the success of the team in building a robust sales pipeline.
