Job Summary:


FlyAkeed is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Development Specialist with a strong background in SaaS sales, preferably in HRMS, ATS, or ERP solutions. The ideal candidate is an achiever with a proven track record of sales success, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.


Responsibilities
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities in the SME and enterprise segments.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to key decision-makers (HR, Finance, and Procurement teams).
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline using FlyAkeed’s CRM (HubSpot).
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring alignment with FlyAkeed’s pricing and business policies.
  • Work closely with BDRs, marketing, and customer success teams to drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the corporate travel industry, customer pain points, and FlyAkeed’s competitive advantages.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
