Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator supports the customer and sales during the wing-to-wing process. We are looking for someone who is fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and has willingness to learn and work in a team environment. Here, you’ll receive instruction, guidance, and direction from more senior level roles, and you will be assisting our sales department in entering sales orders into our system, procuring parts, and ensuring the shipment and export process is completed as efficiently as possible. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for placing orders with vendors over the phone, as well as, interactions with customers via email.
Job Responsibilities
- Assisting our sales department in entering sales orders into our computer system, procuring parts, and ensuring the shipment and export process is completed as efficiently as possible
- Responsible for filing, data entry, and order management support in order to process orders.
- Perform routine assignments within guidelines
- Responsible for the end-to-end customer order; delivery process for drilling spare parts.
- Serve as part of a customer(s) specific team supporting all inquiries, order delivery, part expediting, and meetings.
- Serve as point of contact for customers and lead efforts to resolve customer issues including on time delivery and dispute requests.
- Develop proposals; may negotiate with customers; ensure deals deliver shareholder value; drive competitive pricing.
- Works on the basis of predefined contract pricing frameworks
- Responds to customer needs for quotes; coordinates a response if a request is different from the standardized offers.
- Ability to interact with multiple levels of management with professionalism and discretion while maintaining confidentiality
- Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly
- Collect outstanding debts from clients & achieve monthly collection target to ensure positive cashflow.
- Providing all remittance to the accounts department to register payments and ensure that bills are settled for different entities.
- Review all documents & transactions before uploading company invoices on client’s portal.
- Creating the quotations for HMH group PCS, ESS & other products within HMH portfolio.
- Monthly PO’s reconciliation for running contract.
- Revenue forecasting and ownership
- Billing and Collections of all Region of employment customers directly or indirectly
- Create sales leads and is accountable for the entire sales cycle
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 2+ years of relevant experience)
