Responsibilities
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and enhance market presence.
    • Analyze market trends and consumer data to inform sales tactics and promotional activities.
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of retail outlets to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
    • Optimize store layouts, merchandising, and inventory management to maximize sales opportunities.
    • Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations to assess team and individual productivity.
    • Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained throughout all retail interactions.
    • Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the shopping experience.
    • Develop and manage the retail budget, monitoring expenses to ensure profitability.
    • Prepare financial reports and analysis for the Commercial Operations Director.
    • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality product availability.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve favorable terms.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns and sales events.
    • Utilize various channels to enhance retail branding and visibility.
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of retail strategies.
    • Implement improvements based on performance data and industry best practices.
    • Manage retail operations for club-branded apparel, including player kits, ensuring inventory levels meet demand.
