  • You will be tasked with developing and implementing strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and increase revenue streams. This involves creating tailored proposals and presentations to pitch products or services to potential clients and partners.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of implemented business development strategies through continuous monitoring, enabling data-driven adjustments and providing insightful recommendations for ongoing enhancement.
  • Devising and implementing strategic initiatives aimed at broadening the client base and enriching revenue sources, which involves creating personalized proposals to compellingly present offerings to potential clients.
  • Developing and executing strategic roadmaps to amplify the customer portfolio and augment revenue diversity, encompassing the creation of customized proposals for persuasive client engagement.
  • Taking part in contract deliberations and negotiations, utilizing proficiency to secure advantageous agreements and partnerships that resonate with the company's strategic aspirations, while fostering enduring bonds with stakeholders.
  • Staying informed about market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and industry benchmarks, to provide insightful perspectives that enhance the company's competitive prowess and overall success, including spearheading endeavors into emerging markets.

As the Sales and Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and helping drive revenue growth for the company. You will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to identify client needs and tailor solutions that align with their goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and industry events.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Create tailored pitches, proposals, and presentations to showcase our marketing services to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure smooth onboarding and successful delivery of services to new clients.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the market, our services, and competitors to position VisionaryApe as a leader in the industry.
  • Create strategies for business expansion and target new industries and verticals for growth.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and innovations to offer clients the most relevant and effective solutions.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, including leads, conversions, and client feedback, to ensure continuous growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in salesbusiness development, or account management in a marketingadvertising, or digital media environment (at least 2-4 years).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including social media marketing, content creation, SEO, PPC, branding, and digital advertising.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to present and persuade at all levels.
  • Strong ability to build and nurture client relationships and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and develop long-term plans for business growth.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
  • A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Bonus Skills (not required but nice to have):

  • Experience working in a startup or growth-stage marketing company.
  • Network in the local market or the Middle East region.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and strategies.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
