This position focuses on acquiring new clients, nurturing existing accounts, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales, account management, and experience in the health care logistics industry, with a proven history of meeting sales targets and building client trust.
Sales and Business Development
Identify and secure new business opportunities within the healthcare logistics industry.Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and growth objectives.Deliver persuasive sales presentations and customized proposals to prospective clients.
Account Management
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with client stakeholders.Address client concerns proactively, ensuring swift and effective issue resolution.
Client Retention and Upselling
Conduct regular reviews to evaluate client satisfaction and identify opportunities for up selling.Introduce new services or enhancements to meet evolving client needs.Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Reporting and Analysis
Track and analyze sales performance metrics, offering insights and actionable recommendations.Prepare detailed reports on account performance and sales activities for leadership.Contribute to revenue forecasting and strategic planning.
Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with operations, finance, and customer support teams to ensure client requirements are met.Represent the organization at industry events, client meetings, and trade shows.Provide market insights to inform service development and innovation.
Profile
The ideal candidate for the role:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.At least 5 years of experience in sales or account management, ideally in the health-care logistics industry.ideally a Saudi NationalDemonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.Experience managing high-value accounts and complex client relationships.Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting systems
