On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join their company 

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will serve as the main point of contact for our clients, managing relationships, understanding client needs, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building client relationships, has strong problem-solving abilities, and is dedicated to providing an outstanding customer experience.

Job Responsibilities 

·Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all account needs.


·Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business goals, objectives, and industry challenges.


·Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product development) to deliver projects on time and meet client expectations.


·Manage the full account lifecycle, from onboarding to contract renewal, ensuring client satisfaction at every stage.


·Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell relevant products or services to meet clients’ evolving needs.


·Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for each account, providing regular reports and updates to clients.


·Conduct periodic account reviews and performance meetings to gather feedback and discuss service improvements.

  • Degree in IT or related field
