Job Summary

Masterworks Company is seeking a results-driven Sales Account Manager to oversee client relationships and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will manage key accounts, develop long-term partnerships, and identify opportunities to deliver innovative IT solutions aligned with client needs.


Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned clients.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and escalations.
    • Ensure client satisfaction by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Sales Growth:
    • Achieve assigned sales targets and objectives by upselling and cross-selling IT services and solutions.
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop account plans to forecast and achieve revenue goals.
    • Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Provide market insights and feedback to inform product and service development.
    • Represent Masterworks at industry events, meetings, and conferences.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in account management, sales, or IT solutions sales.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, and digital transformation trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (preferred).
