To coordinate, facilitate and advise the development and implementation of HSSE mega projects strategy and business goals with all construction project stakeholders and work team, and perform all administrative tasks in a very organized manner.
HSSE Coordination
Administer and regularly update the HSSE plan, policies, procedures, initiatives, and new programs.
Assist HSSE megaprojects Manager or other designated team position in drafting goals, performance metrics, and long-range action plans for implementing HSSE programs on project sites.
Facilitate collaboration of interdepartmental teams and working groups on HSSE initiatives and programs.
Prepare and make E&S presentations to various clarifying E&S goals /achievements /gaps and corrective actions.
Organize and coordinate for educational and communicative programs to promote HSSE skills.
Assist HSSE megaprojects Manager in preparing the annual department budget, including preparing annual department goals.
Coordinate with the procurement /supply chain department for purchased construction materials as per PO inquiries and descriptions under HSSE specifications.
Keep aware of legislative changes in environmental law and the relative impact on HSSE megaproject construction jobs.
Coordinate for in/out any correspondences /documents regarding HSSE matters, and maintain it all in an organized and accessible filing system.
Self-Management
Define performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the HSSE megaprojects Manager and ensure that the goals are monitored and achieved during the course of the year.
Take ownership of your learning agenda by identifying development needs in consultation with the HSSE mega projects Manager and working towards bridging the gaps through various means beyond just training.
Understand the competencies relevant to the role, and work towards displaying as well as developing these effectively.
Keep abreast of relevant professional developments, new techniques, and current issues through continued education and professional networks.
Handle any additional tasks as per business needs.

Years of Experience
2+ years of relevant experience in construction in mega projects HSSE coordination
Experience in MS Office programs.
- Nebosh IGC or level 3 HSE certification.
