Job Description:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Safety Officer to join our team in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all employees and compliance with safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
. Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
. Conduct regular safety inspections and audits
. Investigate and report on accidents and incidents
. Provide safety training to employees
. Keep up-to-date with safety regulations and best practices
. Collaborate with management to address safety concerns
. Maintain safety records and documentation
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
- Strong communication and training skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Certification in occupational health and safety is preferred
