Role Overview:
The RPA Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of RPA initiatives, from planning and implementation to monitoring and optimization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, define solutions, and manage the delivery of these solutions to drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
    •    Lead the end-to-end delivery of RPA initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
    •    Work with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, develop project plans, and define the scope of RPA solutions.
    •    Manage the design, development, and deployment of RPA bots, ensuring quality and operational excellence.
    •    Collaborate with IT, operations, and business teams to gather requirements, perform risk assessments, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
    •    Develop and manage a comprehensive RPA roadmap, ensuring scalability and sustainability of automation solutions.
    •    Oversee and manage the team of RPA developers and analysts, ensuring consistent delivery of automation projects.
    •    Measure and report the effectiveness of RPA initiatives through KPIs and ROI analyses.
    •    Continuously monitor RPA performance and drive ongoing optimization to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
    •    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
    •    5+ years of experience in managing RPA projects or large-scale automation programs.
    •    Strong understanding of RPA tools and platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
    •    Proven experience in leading complex, cross-functional automation initiatives in fast-paced environments.
    •    Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
    •    Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
    •    Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
