Rotogravure Printing Cylinder Operator

Position: Rotogravure Printing Cylinder Operator

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain rotogravure printing cylinders to ensure high-quality printing on nonwoven fabric bags.
• Prepare and set up cylinders for printing jobs, including mounting and aligning them on the printing press.
• Monitor printing quality and make adjustments as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of cylinders.
• Assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving related to cylinder operations.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience in operating rotogravure printing cylinders or similar equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Physical fitness to handle the demands of cylinder operation.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of rotogravure printing processes.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
