Provide consultation (when required) to business stakeholders & business analysts during the requirements-gathering phase
Collaborate with teams to identify automation opportunities across various business processes and analyse existing processes, recommend improvements, and drive automation initiatives
Design and implement RPA solutions and manage the development lifecycle from process assessment to deployment
Design and implement automation workflows that enhance collaboration, streamline processes, and improve overall productivity
Utilize low-code/no-code platforms to design, develop, and deploy BPM solutions that automate workflows and enhance collaboration
Act as a technical project manager responsible for the automation solution’s project planning (finalizing scope, timelines and deliverables), execution (tracking project tasks), and sign-off
Collaborate with project delivery and control experts to manage the projects, including scoping, resource allocation, budget and progress tracking
Identify opportunities for integration between automated workflows and existing applications/processes and design/develop the solutions by collaborating with the integration team
Maintain comprehensive documentation for RPA processes, BPM workflows, and automation projects
Collaborate with the quality assurance team in validating defects, debugging, and resolving issues for automation solutions
Monitor the performance of automated processes and BPM solutions, and identify opportunities for process improvement
Provide user support for automated processes and BPM solutions, and resolve issues to ensure user satisfaction
Carry out any other tasks requested by the direct manager or the superior that are within the limits of the job, provided that this task does not make a fundamental difference in the basic tasks of the job
Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth
