1. Proficient in understanding, handling, Installation of power sources, Electrical equipment, Optical cables, SFP’s, GPS, Servers, and other linked accessories for site installation.
2. Capable of doing groundwork specially -Power tapping, Installing & de-installing of servers, OD Cabinet installation, Physical patching of cables between Servers and CSR.
3. Should be hands-on, on how to make power connectors, RJ45 connectors.
4. Should be expertise in handling tools screwdriver, crimping tool, cutter etc.
5. Should be capable of doing Antenna & RU installation.
6. Be equipped with an Android phone with a good camera.
7. Medical fitness certificate as per VIL norms.
8. First Aid training certificate as per VIL norms.
9. Fall Arrest and Rescue management Training - Tower climber
