Ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel.
· Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings. Perform sales activities on major accounts and negotiate deals.
· Retails Account Manager shall be responsible for developing sales/business for retail accounts; (supermarkets, hypermarkets etc) and maintaining long term relationships and contracts.
· Promoting & demonstrating products and services; delivering practical and classroom trainings; handling queries from customers; providing feedback to the management on retail operations (Business Reviews).
· Coordinating with SC and marketing to introduce innovations, managing forecast;
