Job Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join their team in Tarout, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality food and service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to provide exceptional customer service and uphold company standards.
• Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor and analyze financial reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
